Resiliency Training: Tools for Cultivating Capacity is written by healthcare professionals for healthcare professionals.  These tools have been used by hundreds of people at the bedside and in the boardroom in the midst of stressful moments.  Developed for real humans doing very tough work, this curriculum prioritizes the perspectives, experiences and opinions of healthcare professionals.

If you have taken our participant training and would like to bring this work to your healthcare community, please consider becoming a Resiliency Training Facilitator.

Prerequisites before applying

– Complete our 6-hour Resiliency Training as a participant

– Practice resiliency skills from Resiliency Training in your professional setting

– Must work primarily in a healthcare environment

– Complete Facilitator Training application

2024 Resiliency Facilitator Training Schedule  

 

March 20, 2024 - April 24, 2024

  • Virtual, 12 hours course done over 6 weeks

  • Every Wednesday from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM(CST).

September 3, 2024 – September 24, 2024

  • Virtual, 12 hours course done over 6 weeks

  • Every Tuesday from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM(CDT).

Resiliency Facilitator Training Course Pricing

 

  • Non-Ascension: $2000.00

  • Ascension Associate (Non-DCMC): $1200.00

  • Dell Children’s Associate Registrant: $700.00

Continuing Education

 

Continuing Education Credit is available for Physicians, Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, Pharmacists, and many other healthcare professionals. Please inquire about your particular specialty. You will receive credit for each hour that you attend. You must complete a post-course evaluation. CEs are included in your course registration fee.
