What We Don’t Talk About When We Talk About Fat by Aubrey Gordon argues that anti-fat bias is deeply embedded in culture and institutions, leading to discrimination in healthcare, employment, and everyday life. Drawing on personal stories and research, Gordon calls for a shift from body positivity toward fat activism and social justice, advocating equal rights and dignity for plus-sized people. The book challenges readers to rethink how society views and treats fat bodies.
